Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase contracts concluded via our web shop under the domain “www.aesthetic-skincare.com”. The contracting parties are Sophia Jadli and Jaran Marbin, Wenzelgasse 18, 53179 Bonn, Tel.: +49 157 58186094, E-Mail: info@aesthetic-skincare.com.

§ 2 Subject matter of the contract
The goods presented in the web shop serve only as a non-binding product catalogue.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
Customers can place goods by clicking the "Add to cart" button. By clicking the "Order with payment" button, a binding purchase offer is made. The order confirmation is sent by automated email to info@aesthetic-skincare.com, and the contract is concluded by this confirmation.

§ 4 Prices, Payment
Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Domestic shipping (Germany) is free of charge for orders over €80.00. Payment methods include Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa and advance payment (bank transfer).

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found under the menu item “Right of withdrawal”. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods whose seal has been removed after delivery, nor to opened and used cosmetics for hygiene reasons.

§ 6 Shipping
The goods will be dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

§ 7 Liability for Defects
The liability for defects is governed by the statutory provisions.

§ 8 Disclaimer
Claims for damages are excluded, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for breach of essential contractual obligations remains unaffected.

§ 9 Retention of title, offsetting
For consumers, ownership of the purchased item remains reserved until full payment has been made. A right of set-off only exists in the case of legally established or undisputed counterclaims.

§ 10 Storage of contract text
We save the contract text and the customer's data necessary to process the purchase contract. The data is deleted after the contract has been processed and the statutory warranty rights have expired.

§ 11 Final Provisions
All contracts are subject to German law. The place of business is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
